Arnie is from Nehalem, Oregon, and Malia is from Kona, Hawaii.

It all started when…

Our love for the Pacific Ocean, nature, and a small community called us back home. With a hospitality and property management background, it was a natural fit. Our goal is to provide an environment for families and friends to create experiences that will live in their hearts for a lifetime.

Kukui House Services utilizes leading-edge global platform sites, quality equipment, eco-friendly products, sustainable work environment, and community awareness for over 140 non-rental and rental homes in Gearhart, Cannon Beach, Seaside, and Arch Cape.

Kukui means Light in Hawaiian. Similar to the once lit Tillamook Head Lighthouse, Kukui provides light to our homes, guest, staff, and community along our beautiful North Oregon Coast. It is Kukui’s cycle of sustainability.

Arnie and Malia Jacobsen, of Kukui House Services, have been managing our rental property for about two years. They have done a great job decorating, fixing repairs, and most importantly, they have kept our property in good shape by having a cleaning team that does an amazing job. We allow dogs in our unit, and you would never know they have been there. They have also done a great job taking care of our renters. They respond to any renter's questions or help with the TV, etc. in a timely fashion. Our property is rented almost every night of the year, and we couldn't be happier!
